A sustainable workplace provides organisations with the opportunity to create more efficient processes, use less resources and contribute to a cleaner, healthier environment. We have worked with hundreds of organisations to help them on this journey, and understand that real change comes from empowering staff to take action.
Our programs have been designed to guide participants on understanding the challenges their organisation face, and create solutions that are meaningful, achievable and long lasting. We achieve this by delivering training that focusses on:
- Co-learning - we encourage participants to share their stories and guide each other on solutions
- Practice - the best way to learn is to experience it, so we create an environment where participants can have a go
- Action - courses will focus on participants designing their initiatives during training, with follow on support from Green Steps facilitators.
Green Steps courses attract a diverse range of participants, from those already working in sustainability roles right through to individuals who wish to learn new skills so they can support organisations to make changes.
